With 20 years of experience, we deliver a secure, scalable software platform that powers ETOR workflows, optimizes operations, and transforms lab data into actionable insights.

2007

iConnect was founded to help labs in private and public health sectors implement STARLIMS

2007 – 2015

Participated in various public health electronic data exchange projects: ELR, PHLIP, ETOR, etc.

2010

Became technology partner with Thermo Fisher Scientific

2011

Developed Lab Web Portal to facilitate electronic data exchange between labs and healthcare providers

2015

Lab Web Portal was chosen by APHL and CDC as the ETOR solution for public health labs
In the following years, it was adopted by programs such as ARLN, TB DST, Opioid, and ONC.

2018

Developed LIMSConnect™ as a smart platform for syncing data between hospitals, portal and LIMS

2020

National COVID-19 ETOR initiative - implemented LWP in 21 public health labs.
10 Million orders resulted to date!

2025

Expanding Covid-19 LWP to full LWP version for current public health customers.
Adding new features and hospital interfaces.
